Extends basic support to include additional help and evaluation of problems. With basic support you can open support tickets and we will answer questions about the product and will help to diagnose problems with your system. With premium support we will go a step further, such as logging into your system to fix complicated problems, and also to help with developing bandwidth management strategy.
Cache support requires premium support purchase. Although our appliances include cache functionality, we do not provide support for the cache without a current premium support purchase.
Premium support enhances your current subscription, and expires when your subscription expires. When you buy a new subscription, you'll need to buy premium support again to extend your premium support.
