Bootable CD that allows for hard drive repair, restoration of missing or corrupted files, or a complete installation to a new hard drive. A valid update subscription is required to perform installation. A Recovery CD is included at no charge when a new appliance is purchased along with paid support. Customers with an appliance with a current update/support subscription can request a download link via the support ticket system.
