How to Get a Quote

Overview

We get a lot of requests for quotes, and it simply makes no sense for us to spend our time doing manual quotes when our prices and complete product descriptions are on our web site. You can get an automated quote on our website at your convience.

Open an Account

While you can get a quote without an account, you won't be able to place an order unless you have an account, so you might as well create one. If you've purchased from us before, please use your existing account. Accounts have an email address as the user id; if someone else from your organization ordered from us before please don't create a new account. You may lose out on discounts by creating an account every time you place an order. If possible, try to get the password from the account from the person who created it. If you can't,we can change the email as long as its in your corporate domain

"Best" Pricing

We always get customers asking us to offer our "best" pricing". We only have 1 price; which is the price displayed on our web site. We don't change prices for every customer. If you are making a competitive bid this is good for you, since you know that everyone is getting the same price. If you are purchasing several units the system will give you quantity discounts.

Getting a Quote

You can obtain an automated quote by doing the following:

• Log Into your Account on www.etinc.com
• Put the Items you wish to purchase into the Cart
• Select the Checkout Link

During checkout, you'll be able to select your payment and shipping options. At the end of the process you'll have 2 choices: you can print a quote or submit an order. A quote is just an estimate for your review. The items will remain in your cart and you can come back and place an order later. If you submit the order, it will save the info and we can hold that pricing for 30 days.

Price Adjustments

If you have a special circumstance, you can request us to review the pricing by opening a sales ticket. We cannot review pricing unless you have already submitted an order or at least put the items into the shopping cart. So you must complete the quote process before requesting any pricing changes.
