Joining the Forum

We’re resurrected the old User Forum that we took down in 2016 for one reason or another; we’ve scrubbed all of the posts to avoid confusion with previous versions. So if you’re still running ET/BWMGR V5 or V6 please open a ticket to ask your question. This board is for V8 and beyond.
There is no registration for the forum. You need to have an account. If you don't have an account you can create an account at https://www.etinc.com/login.
Please don't create bogus accounts; Accounts need to be approved before they will have access to the forum
If you have an existing account simply log in and you'll be logged in to the forum. Note that your forum account was autogenerated from your ETinc account, so the username may be something strange. So please update your profile to your desired username the first time you access the forum (and optionally upload an avatar). If you don’t want your location or company name on your profile you can change these to undisclosed. You can set your user name to anything that someone else isn’t using.
